We have prepared the next big update for Unity component «Mesh to Terrain». In the new version we have further expanded the capabilities of the component.
The main feature of the new version is the main texture baking from model to Terrain texture.
To do this in the «Type» select «Bake Main Textures» and specify the size of the texture that will be created for each Terrains.
If in a certain place Terrain does not intersect with the models, the color of the texture of the place the value from the field «Empty Color».
We also reduced the required version of Unity to «3.5»
The new version is already available in the Unity Asset Store.
