Meet Our Terrain Essentials Bundle

Release, Sale

We have released Terrain Essentials Bundle, a collection of four of our tools for working with Unity Terrain: Mesh to Terrain, Tiny Terrain, Terrain Quality Manager, and Tree Tool.

Mesh to Terrain converts landscapes created in 3D applications or assembled from meshes in Unity into editable Unity Terrains. It can process multiple models and terrains, transfer model textures to Terrain Layers, split a model across several terrains, preserve seamless results between terrain tiles, and generate terrain holes.

Tiny Terrain compresses Terrain Data to reduce project, build, and AssetBundle size. It handles heightmaps, alphamaps, detail maps, trees, and holes while keeping the Terrain API and third-party terrain workflows available. Compression is lossy for some data types and is designed to provide substantial size savings with minimal visible difference. The tool supports synchronous, asynchronous, and multithreaded decompression as well as the Built-in Render Pipeline, URP, HDRP, and custom render pipelines.

Terrain Quality Manager changes the resolution of Unity Terrain heightmaps, detail maps, alphamaps, basemaps, and patches without discarding existing terrain content. Resolution can be raised for more detail or lowered to improve performance. Changes can be applied to one terrain, every terrain in the scene, or every terrain in the project, with seamless processing for tiled terrain setups.

Tree Tool provides precise control over trees already placed on Unity Terrain. Individual trees and groups can be moved, scaled, rotated, recolored, duplicated, replaced, or removed. The tool can also extract trees from Terrain Data into scene objects and inject them back into a terrain. It works with trees placed by the Unity Terrain Editor or third-party tools and is optimized for terrains containing large numbers of trees.

The four assets cost $108.98 when purchased separately. Terrain Essentials Bundle is priced at $79.99, saving customers $28.99. After purchasing the bundle, customers need to add each included asset to their cart from its individual store page and check out for free.
